Good to know before you open a file
- The file limit is 50 MB. Very complex geometry may exceed your browser's available memory.
- A visual preview does not repair geometry or certify that a model is printable. Check manufacturing requirements in your CAD software or slicer.

Which 3D file formats can I open?
The viewer accepts STL, STEP, STP, OBJ, 3MF, and GLB files. STEP and STP are two extensions for the same CAD exchange format. Every format-specific viewer page accepts all of these formats.
Are my 3D files uploaded or stored?
No. Files selected in this viewer are read locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to ImageTo3DPrint or saved to your account.
Is the online 3D viewer free?
Yes. You can open and inspect supported files up to 50 MB without payment or an account. Creating a new model from an image is a separate conversion tool.
