Can I see my model before paying?

Yes. Rotate the generated model and inspect its dimensions, mesh checks, and any warnings for free. Your selected file is prepared and validated before you pay or spend credits.

How many output formats does a purchase include?

One chosen output format of one model revision. Another format or a changed model requires a separate purchase or the listed credits. Choose STL for geometry, 3MF for printable parts and colors, or OBJ or GLB for other workflows. STEP artwork solids have their own price listed above.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Buy a standard model in one chosen output formatfor $6.99, or choose a credit pack for occasional projects. Monthly plans are designed for people who create regularly. Single-model checkout does not require an account.

Do purchased credits expire?

Credits purchased in a one-time pack never expire. Subscription credits reset at each paid monthly billing cycle; unused monthly credits do not roll over. Your current balance and reset date appear in billing.

Can I manage or cancel my subscription?

Yes. Open Credits & billing and select Manage billing to manage your subscription, payment method, and invoices securely through Stripe. Canceling stops future renewals; your current paid period stays active until it ends.

Are photo reliefs and full AI 3D available?

Photo reliefs and lithophanes are available as thickness-based models. They use image brightness, so they do not reconstruct the true shape of a person or object. Full AI image-to-3D is a future feature.
