Terms of Service.

1. The agreement and our company

These Terms of Service govern your use of ImageTo3DPrint.com, including our website, image preparation, model generation, 3D viewers, accounts, subscriptions, credits and downloads (the “Service”). The Service is operated by MTTenterprise Inc., an Ontario corporation at 201-1525 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K1G 0G1, Canada (“MTTenterprise”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By using the Service or confirming a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; it does not remove any consent or other rights required by law.

2. Eligibility, accounts and guest access

You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age required where you live, and have legal capacity to enter this agreement. Minors need a parent or guardian who authorizes their use and accepts these Terms. Give us accurate account information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Free previews, file viewers and single-model checkout can be used without an account. Guest access to conversions and purchases depends on an essential browser cookie. Keep your receipt and download your file in the same browser before its retention period ends. Clearing cookies, changing devices or using private browsing may prevent access. Providing an email at checkout does not automatically create an account or provide an email-based recovery service.

Credit packs and subscriptions require an account. We may require email verification and apply proportionate security, rate and repeated-account checks. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

3. What the Service produces

The Service prepares images and vectors to create extruded artwork, layered models, reliefs or lithophanes. Formats and modes have different capabilities. STL carries geometry, while supported 3MF, OBJ and GLB workflows may preserve colour or separate regions. Colour matching and how a slicer interprets materials are not guaranteed.

STEP exports create CAD solids from supported artwork contours and extrusions. A STEP export does not promise reconstruction of hidden surfaces, an editable feature history, engineering tolerances or a complete three-dimensional object from a photograph. Photo reliefs and lithophanes are height or thickness representations, rather than full object reconstruction.

Automated cleanup can change edges, small features, background regions and colours. AI-assisted image analysis or background removal may be used when available. The final geometry is produced by our conversion pipeline. A preview or geometry report can help inspection but is not a manufacturing certification.

4. Your content and commercial use

You retain your rights in uploaded images, vectors and other content. You grant MTTenterprise a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to store, copy, process, transform and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, including processing by providers described in our Privacy Policy. This is not permission to publish your artwork, sell it or use it to train our own AI models.

As between you and MTTenterprise, we claim no ownership in the generated models of your artwork. You may edit, print, distribute or sell your downloaded models and physical prints for personal or commercial purposes, provided you have the necessary rights in the source content. A purchase does not grant rights to another person’s character, logo, trademark, photograph or likeness, and does not guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright protection.

You confirm that you have permission to upload, process and use the content, including permission from people depicted where required. Do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential material unless you are authorized to transmit it for the processing described in our Privacy Policy. Our sample assets may carry separate notices; purchasing an export does not grant exclusive rights to a sample design.

MTTenterprise and its licensors retain rights in the Service, interface, branding and underlying software. Open-source software remains subject to its applicable licences.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not:

• Submit unlawful content, exploitative material, malware or files intended to attack the Service or another user.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights, or misrepresent permission to use uploaded content.
• Bypass payment, credit, quota, upload, rate or security controls; obtain another user’s files; or share credentials to evade limits.
• Disrupt the Service, probe it without authorization, or automate access beyond the interfaces and permissions we provide. This does not prohibit lawful search indexing or rights that applicable law cannot restrict.
• Resell access to the Service without permission, impersonate another person, or describe an automated result as professionally certified or manually reviewed when it is not.

6. Free previews, downloads and credits

Previews and supported file viewers are free, subject to reasonable technical limits. A model purchase unlocks one selected output format of the exact model revision shown at purchase. A different format or a change that creates a new model revision requires a separate purchase or credit redemption. Re-downloading the same purchased revision is included while its file remains available.

The price or credit cost displayed before confirmation governs your purchase. At the effective date, a standard model costs 1 credit, a detailed, multicolour or relief model costs 2 credits, and a STEP export costs 5 credits. Dollar prices are in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes, exchange rates and issuer fees may affect the final cost.

Prepaid pack credits do not expire while your account remains available. Subscription credits are allocated for each paid billing period, expire at that period’s end and do not roll over. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and are usable only in this Service. MTTenterprise ownership of Embroidery File Converter does not make accounts, purchases or credits interchangeable between the two products.

We may reverse credits or download access associated with refunded, disputed, fraudulent or erroneous transactions. Future prices and allowances may change, with any notice required by law; changes do not retrospectively increase the price of a completed purchase.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Stripe processes payments and operates hosted checkout and the billing portal. You authorize the amount, currency, taxes and recurring terms shown before confirmation. We store billing records and payment identifiers, but not your full card number or card security code.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price disclosed at checkout until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through Credits & billing and the Stripe portal. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Unless checkout or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not refund a period already started.

If the billing portal is unavailable, contact us promptly at [email protected]. Failed, refunded or reversed payments can suspend paid access. Deleting an account is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription: cancel it first or contact support.

8. Refunds and purchase problems

Inspect the free preview before buying. Except where applicable law or the checkout offer provides otherwise, a delivered digital download, used credits and a subscription period already started are non-refundable. Unused subscription credits do not roll over.

Contact [email protected] for duplicate charges, payment errors, a purchased file that cannot be delivered or opened in its supported format, or an unused credit-pack purchase. Include your receipt or checkout identifier and a description of the issue. We review these requests individually and may offer a corrected file, restored credits or a refund as appropriate. You do not have to accept store credit where law entitles you to a refund.

Nothing in these Terms waives statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, warranty or other consumer rights. Where local law requires additional disclosure or express consent to immediate digital delivery, that requirement applies; agreeing to these Terms alone does not waive it. You may exercise rights with your payment provider without first contacting us.

9. File availability and retention

Unpurchased source images and conversion files normally expire 24 hours after creation. A completed model purchase extends availability of that conversion and its associated source for 30 days from purchase. The expiry shown for your file controls its download window. Expired files cannot be restored through an ordinary download request.

Download and retain a local copy. The Service is not permanent file storage. Deletion schedules, security incidents, provider failures or lawful removal can affect availability. A receipt or transaction record may remain after the file has expired. Our Privacy Policy describes other records and deletion requests.

10. Availability, suspension and termination

Maintenance, queue delays, unsupported inputs and provider outages may interrupt the Service. We may update features, formats or reasonable limits. We will give notice of material adverse changes affecting an active paid plan where required, and honour remedies required by law.

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for material breaches, non-payment, abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Where reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to address it. Immediate action may be necessary for urgent risks. These powers do not remove your rights concerning undelivered paid services or legally required refunds.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, exact colour reproduction, compatibility with every application or printer, or a successful physical print.

To the extent permitted by law, MTTenterprise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, failed prints or wasted materials. Our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the greater of CAD $100 or the fees you paid us for this Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, wilful misconduct or other mandatory protections. They do not restrict a remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.

12. Governing law and updates

Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada applicable there govern this agreement. Subject to your non-waivable local rights, disputes may be brought before the courts in Ottawa, Ontario. This clause does not prevent a consumer from using a court, regulator or dispute process available under mandatory law where they live.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms, the applicable checkout offer and policies expressly incorporated into them form our agreement for the Service. A separately signed agreement governs any conflict within its scope.

We will post an updated effective date when these Terms change and provide additional notice for material changes as required by law. The documents are currently provided in English; contact us for language assistance. Mandatory language and consumer rights apply regardless of this statement.

For an intellectual-property complaint, identify the work and rights involved, the relevant URL or file/transaction identifier if known, your contact details and why you believe the use is unauthorized. Do not include sensitive files in an ordinary email. We may ask for information needed to investigate and will act as applicable law requires.
